INTRODUCTION Welcome to Giving Grace Medicare Ltd. (GGMed). By accessing or using GGMed services, including doctor-at-home consultations, healthcare coordination services, home diagnostics, telemedicine consultations, the ContinuousCare platform, and related healthcare support services, you agree to the terms outlined below. GGMed provides coordinated healthcare support designed to improve access, convenience, continuity, and patient experience. These Terms govern the use of GGMed services and platforms. SCOPE OF SERVICES GGMed provides services which may include: Doctor-at-home consultations Specialist coordination Home diagnostics and sample collection Diagnostic and imaging coordination Medication and pharmacy coordination Home procedures and infusion care Physiotherapy and rehabilitation coordination Elderly and recovery care support Virtual consultations through the ContinuousCare platform Corporate and executive healthcare coordination Domestic and international medical coordination Services may vary depending on clinical suitability, location, operational capacity, and availability. NON-EMERGENCY SERVICES GGMed is not a replacement for emergency medical services or hospital emergency departments. Patients experiencing life-threatening symptoms or emergencies, including severe chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, seizures, major trauma, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or other medical emergencies should immediately contact emergency services or proceed to the nearest emergency facility. CLINICAL DECISION-MAKING All medical decisions remain subject to the professional judgment of the attending healthcare professional. GGMed reserves the right to: decline unsafe requests, recommend hospital-based evaluation, refer patients to emergency facilities, or discontinue services where clinically necessary. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Patients are responsible for: providing accurate medical information, disclosing relevant medical history, providing accurate contact and location details, following prescribed treatment plans, and seeking urgent medical attention when advised. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality, safety, or suitability of services provided. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING Appointment times are scheduled based on operational availability, traffic conditions, clinician availability, and clinical urgency. While GGMed strives to maintain timely service delivery, exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed. PAYMENTS Fees for GGMed services are communicated before or during service coordination. Payment may be required before, during, or immediately after services are provided depending on the nature of the service. Certain advanced diagnostics, medications, specialist consultations, or third-party services may attract additional costs. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS GGMed may coordinate care through external laboratories, pharmacies, imaging centres, hospitals, specialists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers. While GGMed works with trusted partners, third-party providers remain independently responsible for their services, reports, products, and clinical decisions. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GGMed provides healthcare coordination and medical services in good faith and according to professional standards. However, medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and GGMed shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable operational or clinical control, including delays caused by external providers, incomplete information supplied by patients, emergency circumstances, or force majeure events. MODIFICATIONS GGMed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of GGMed services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
